What is a TP ID and a TC ID?

i.  Training Partner ID abbreviated as TP ID is a unique identification tool through which Training Partners are identified and through this, they can access the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH). 
ii. Training Centre ID abbreviated as TC ID is a unique identification tool through which Training centres are uniquely identified.
