What is on job training (OJT)? Is it mandatory under Skill India Centers?

i. Under PMKVY 4.0, OJT has been introduced in Short Term Training & Special Projects, to provide practical exposure to the candidates.  
ii. OJT will be applicable in all such job roles as mandated by NCVET.
