Amit's Apprenticeship Journey
Initially, Amit began his journey as an operator. His commitment, strong work ethic, and positive behavior quickly set him apart. After completing one year of training, Connect Well recognized his dedication and promoted him to the position of supervisor.
Today, Amit is a key member of the team at Connect Well, now working on the company’s payroll with a monthly earning of INR 27,000—up from just INR 11,500 when he first started. Throughout his time at Connect Well, Amit has learned valuable skills, including teamwork, computer proficiency, and communication, which have played a significant role in his growth within the manufacturing industry.
